Enemies

Each nation has its own native soldiers, with their own appearance, strengths and weaknesses.
When a city attacks your city, you have three options:

1. you can surrender, become vassal of the city and have to pay tribute
2. if you have enough money, you can bribe them off
3. you fight them off, if you can't, they will trash your palace, you are defeated and are forced to pay tribute to that city
